QY8C/8D truck crane is the first Dongfeng chassis four-section-boom crane in China, adopts a special crane chassis for Dongfeng EQ1100FKJ2 in the secondary automobile factory, Yuchai YC4E140/YC4D120 engine,the power of 105KW and a novel arc-shaped sliding door type aboard operating room.
QY8C/8D Crane Configuration:
★ Chassis configuration: Special crane chassis for Dongfeng EQ1100FKJ2 in the secondary automobile factory, Yuchai YC4E140/YC4D120 engine, turbo charger, the power of 105KW, 6-gear high & low-speed gearbox,gas-cutoff braking front & rear axle driving brake, hydraulic power assisted steering wheel, large-arc integral streamline operating room.
★ Hydraulic system: Full-hydraulic servo control operation system, independent operation of single integration hydraulic valve group (capable of realizing continuous composite actions).
★ Slewing system: With special internal tooth slewing bearings for large crane manufacturers in China, it is capable of continuously and indefinitely rotating at the angle of 360°.  A rotary speed reducer adopts a full-hydraulic slewing bearing which has a large transmission torque, is equipped with many contacted teeth and can bear higher radial and axial loads.
★ Winch system: Main & auxiliary double-hook dual winches;main winch: special 8-ton hydraulic winch for oblique-axis piston motor crane; auxiliary winch: piston motor winch. A hoisting mechanism is equipped with a brake and a balance valve. The length of a steel wire rope is 145m.
★ Boom system: A hexagonal-cross-section main boom with four sections, 7.6m*4 sections (center control hydraulic cylinder extension and retraction), the maximum lifting height of 24m.
★ Outrigger system: Full-hydraulic automatic longitudinal & horizontal cylinder extension and retraction. Both the front side and the back side of the system are equipped with an H-shaped outrigger. Each outrigger is equipped with a hydraulic control check valve, and the hydraulic control check valves can be operated simultaneously or independently.
★ Safety device: Overflow valve, hydraulic lock, operation amplitude load indicator, balance valve, load indicator, height limitator.
★ Other devices: Capable of providing motors in various power ranges according to user requirements, environment friendliness, energy conservation, consumption reduction.
